Taxi: It's a 28 minutes trip and it's around 35€
Bus: take bus number 60 to Juan XXIII (cost about 2,90 euros). The bus takes you to the San Telmo bus station or the Santa Catalina bus station. From the San Telmo bus station, you can catch a taxi or take bus number 1, 12, or 13. The Santa Catalina bus station is located about 10 minutes walking from the hotel, or you may choose to take a taxi.
